How to make
Crush the biscuits, by leaving small pieces of them.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, crushed biscuits, chopped walnuts, powdered sugar, vanilla and cocoa.
Knead everything, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Form the resulting biscuit dough into a salami, by using cling film.
The shaped chocolate salami, wrapped in foil, is place in refrigerator for about 3-4 hours to firm up.
Roll the chocolate salami in powdered sugar and cut it before serving.
