Ingredients

  • chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • biscuits - 9 oz (250 g), crumbled
  • hazelnuts - 2/5 cup (100 g), baked and crumbled
  • eggs - 1
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling (optional)

How to make

Put the chocolate, sugar and water in a pot on the stove just to melt. Once melted, add the egg and stir, then add the rest of the products.

Pour the mixture onto baking paper, wrap it into a salami shape.

Put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Optionally, roll it in powdered sugar and serve.
