How to make
The butter, sugar and water are mixed. Stir until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add powdered milk, cocoa and vanilla.
Stir again until the products are completely mixed. The resulting cream is placed in the refrigerator.
It can be consumed as a stand-alone dessert or it can be added to cakes, pastries, to an ice cream sundae or just regular ice cream.
