How to make
Boil the gizzards and the livers in salted water. Strain and cut them into pieces. Fry them in a little oil.
Add onions and carrots.
After a few minutes, add the peppers, tomato, spinach and rice.
Pour the broth, season with salt and add spices according to your taste.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake the oven-baked rice at 390°F (200°C) for 35 minutes, or until it's done.
The rice with chicken gizzards, livers and vegetables is very tasty.
