Ingredients

  • cauliflower - 1 1/2 cups (grated)
  • processed cheese - 1 triangle
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • oil - 1 tsp.
  • oregano
  • salt
  • savory herb
  • toppings
  • olives - 10 pcs.
  • tomato chutney - 3 tbsp.
  • pepper - 1 pc.
  • yellow cheese - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • white cheese - 1.1 oz (30 g)

How to make

The cauliflower is finely grated and mixed with a beaten egg, processed cheese, oil and spices according to your own taste - I used oregano, savory herb or basil.

A porridge like mixture is obtained - you should not expect a dough, because there is no presence of flour in the base. Pour it into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and press it, so that it's thin and smooth out the pizza base.

Put it at the bottom of the oven, so that it can bake well underneath as well. It is baked at 390°F (200°C) and is ready in about 15 minutes. It should darken, but not burn, because it needs a little more baking.

Remove it from the oven, spread the cauliflower base with tomato chutney and arrange the finely chopped toppings.

Grate the white cheese and yellow cheese on top and place it back into the oven to finish off baking it.
