How to make

A delicious and sophisticated salad for festive occasions!

Wash the fresh and delicate valerian leaves well. Strain and put them in a salad bowl. Season with a dressing made from the listed products.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over high heat in a small non-stick skillet.

When it is very hot, place the Camembert cheese in it and fry, until it aquires a golden brown color on each side. It is important that it is at room temperature, so that it softens well on the inside.

In the same pan, toast the walnuts and then the sesame seeds (for a very short time, so that they don't burn).

Place the piece of cheese on top of the green salad and scatter the nuts and seeds on the side.

Pour a sweet raspberry balsamic reduction over the Camembert. You can replace it with raspberry topping, honey or jam of your choice.

Serve it immediately while the grilled cheese is still warm.

The Green Salad with Valerian and Baked Camembert is ready.
