How to make
Boil the chicken carcass in salted water, take it out and remove the meat. Strain the broth from the cooking and save it.
Heat the olive oil in a pot and stew the chopped onions, celery and carrots. After about 10 minutes, add the peas and pour the broth.
Add the meat and cook the chicken soup, until the peas become tender.
Add the noodles by crushing them up. Season the soup with black pepper and tarragon.
When the noodles soften, the soup is ready.
The vegetable soup with chicken and peas is very tasty.
