"Admit it to yourself that you had no idea that breaded green beans could be such an incredible appetizer"

Ingredients

  • green beans - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour
  • salt
  • sunflower oil
  • for the dressing
  • balsamic vinegar
  • honey
  • olive oil
  • and more
  • dill
  • crushed garlic
measures

How to make

Add the chopped green beans into a pot of boiling salted water. Boil them, until they're fully cooked. Strain them through a colander.

Beat the eggs with a wire whisk. Heat sunflower oil.

Roll the green beans in flour, dip them in beaten eggs and again in flour. Fry, until they aquire an appetizing color.

Remove the breaded green beans and place them onto kitchen paper, which will absorb the excess fat. Season with salt, crushed garlic and dill.

Drizzle with the balsamic dressing made from equal amounts of balsamic vinegar and olive oil and flavored with tsp. of honey

Serve the green beans in a suitable plate!

Note: You can make tempura instead of breading with flour and eggs.

In a bowl, beat the flour with water and a few ice cubes. Season with salt.

The consistency should thicker.

Dip the green beans and fry them!

The colder the tempura, the crispier the breaded green beans will be!
