How to make
In a suitable bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, mustard, freshly squeezed lemon juice and garlic powder.
Russian mustard has a sharper taste and can easily be replaced with another. Add salt and pepper to taste, and finally chop the fresh sprig of fresh basil.
Mix well all the ingredients to combine their flavours.
The dressing is suitable for flavouring green salads.
