  • puff pastry - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The puff pastry is rolled out onto a single sheet of paper and lightly rolled out with a rolling pin.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork. With a silicone brush, coat the puff pastry crust with the egg.

The mozzarella is cut into small cubes, which are distributed evenly over the entire crust.

The dough is rolled up on its longer side. The roll is cut with a sharp knife into circles with a diameter of 0.8″ (2 cm).

Grease the tray with butter. The puff pastries are spaced apart.

Bake the delicious puff pastries in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for the first 10 minutes and then turn it down to 360°F (180°C) for a further 10 minutes and keep an eye on them.
