How to make
The meat is cut into small cubes of about 0.4-0.8″ (1-2 cm).
Place them in a non-stick pan with heated oil and begin to fry them over moderate heat.
When it turns white, add the onion (cut into crescents), the very finely chopped hot peppers and the garlic.
After 5 minutes of frying, add all of the spices and sauces.
Fry the chicken in a pan for about 15 more minutes, until the sauce has evaporated and the chicken with onions has deglazed and remains in fat.
You can replace the chili sauce with 1 tsp. of hot pepper and 1 tsp. of sugar dissolved in a little water.
