How to make
Wash the parsley well and leave it to drain from the water.
Wash the pink tomato and if it is homemade, there is no need to peel it. Cut it into medium-sized cubes. Put them in a deep salad bowl.
Chop only the parsley leaves and add them to the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds. The original Tabbouleh salad is with cooked bulgur, but in this case, we will replace it with hemp seeds.
Season with Himalayan salt, olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Stir. You can add balsamic vinegar or pomegranate reduction - whatever you like.
Garnish your Healthy Pink Tomato and Hemp Seed Tabbouleh with a slice of lemon and olives.
