How to make
Cut the boiled tripe into strips. Season it lightly with salt.
In a pan, melt a lump of butter and a tablespoon of lard with two cloves of garlic.
Add the tripe and fry, until it aquires a golden color. At the end of frying, add a tablespoon of paprika.
Stir well and remove it from the heat. Remove the garlic cloves.
Season with a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of fresh savory herb.
Pour the pork tripe with butter into a suitable plate and serve the fried pork tripe warm.
Note: Do not add paprika at the beginning of frying, because it will burn!
