How to make
Mix the yeast, sugar, 1/3 cup (85 ml) of water and white flour in a bowl. Leave it in bowl, covered with foil, to activate for 10 minutes.
Add the olive oil, salt, remaining water and rye flour to it. Stir with a spoon. The dough should be medium soft.
You can knead the dough with a mixer with dough stirrers. Leave the dough to rise in a greased mold. If you want, divide the dough to make two rye bread loaves.
After it rises slightly. Bake the homemade bread at 360°F (180°C), until it's done. It can take at least an hour if it's two loaves and up to two hours if it's one dietary bread.
The rye bread with fresh yeast is sprayed with water and wrapped with a towel.
