How to make
I love the smell of freshly baked bread. I love the sound it makes when we take it out of the oven - the bread song.
I present to you a great recipe for rye bread with olives and dried tomatoes!
The dough is kneaded from the products available for it.
You only need one cup of white flour and all the rest of the flour needed to knead a medium soft dough is pure rye flour.
The dough becomes quite sticky, but that's not a problem. I also add the dried tomatoes (finely chopped) as well as the olives - in the same way.
Bake in a mold at 360°F (180°C) for about 40-45 minutes.
I put a container with a small amount of water on the bottom of the oven.
