"And from peppers we will make magnificent patties - you just stand and watch"

Ingredients

  • roasted red peppers - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • grated parmesan - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
  • white bread - 1 slice
  • onion - 1/2 onion
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parsley - 1 pinch
  • dill - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • salt
  • sunflower oil (for frying)

How to make

Roast and peel the peppers. With a sharp knife, chop them into very small pieces.

Put them in a bowl, add the grated parmesan cheese, a chopped clove of garlic, half an onion (very finely chopped), one egg, two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, the soaked and squeezed core of one slice of white bread.

Season with a pinch of parsley, a pinch of dill and black pepper. Mix the products well.

Refrigerate the bowl for an hour.

Heat the sunflower oil.

With moist hands, shape the patties, roll them in the flour and fry them, until they aquire a nice golden color!

Place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat.

Serve the Roasted Red Pepper Patties with dill and garlic yogurt!

Enjoy!

Note: You don't have to use parmesan, they also turn out very well with white brine cheese!
