"Do you like beans? What do you say about todays suggestion of oven-baked beans and peppers - a great side dish for various meat and fish"

Ingredients

  • white beans - 1.8 lb (800 g) from a tin
  • roasted peppers - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 1/2 onion
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • savory herb - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • mint - 1 tsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Strain the cooked beans and mix them with the roasted and grinded peppers. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Add the spices and olive oil. Mix everything well and pour it into a small baking pan.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes and add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water after half an hour from the start of baking the oven-baked beans and stir.

Once ready, the Oven-Baked Beans and Peppers Side Dish can be added to Steaks or Grilled Fish.
