"A great eggplant side dish for your favorite meat"

Ingredients

  • eggplants - 2 pcs.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • celery - 1 stem
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • fresh spices

How to make

Clean the onion, finely chop it and fry it, until it aquires a golden color. Add the diced eggplants and carrots.

Fry for 5 minutes and add the chopped zucchini. Add as much salt as you like, garlic, finely chopped celery and sugar.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the delicious side dish for 10 minutes.
