"Even if its not summer, we still prepare this delicious side dish with mushrooms and tomatoes"

Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs. (large)
  • oil - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • dried basil - 2 pinches
  • ground black pepper - 2 pinches
measures

How to make

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces.

Cut the mushrooms.

Crush the garlic.

Heat the oil in a wide Teflon pan and fry the mushrooms in it for 2 minutes.

Then add the garlic and continue to fry for another 3 minutes.

Strain the chopped tomatoes from the juice, which they have released and pour them into the pan. Add salt.

Don't stir, just shake things up.

Fry for another 10 minutes and set it aside.

The goal is to lightly fry the tomatoes in the wide pan, so they don't become watery and the liquid evaporates more easily.

Pour the finished summer side dish into plates and sprinkle it with basil and black pepper on top.

Hope you enjoy this 15 Minute Summer Side Dish.
