How to make
Cut the meat into cubes and fry it. Add the onion and after a few minutes, add 1/2 of the tomatoes.
Pour 1 cup of water and after ten minutes, add the coarsely chopped peppers, rice and the rest of the tomatoes (finely chopped).
Add salt, spices and pour mixture into a guvec.
Pour warm water (2 cups) and cover the guvec. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
The Slavic Guvec with Pork and Rice is ready.
