How to make
Cut the meat into chunks and fry them in preheated oil. Remove them and in the same oil, fry the chopped into large cubes onions until soft.
Add 1-2 tomatoes, finely chopped, and boil the dish until the juice evaporates. Salt, season with paprika and dilute with hot water.
Put the meat back into the pot and boil everything on medium heat. Once the meat is tender, add the cleaned and coarsely chopped peppers, the remaining tomatoes and rice. Stir and pour into a clay pot.
Bake in a moderate oven, and serve the dish with finely chopped parsley.
