How to make
Clean the vegetables and finely chop them.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and add the vegetables. Cook until they soften.
Add the well-washed rice. Once the rice changes its color, add the canned tomatoes. Sprinkle with black pepper, vegetable seasoning, salt and paprika.
Stir and pour the mixture into a baking tray. Cover the rice with 2-3 cups of warm water.
Bake at 390°F (200 degrees) until it's fully cooked. Once the water has evaporated and the rice has softened, the Slavic-Style Guvec is ready.
Add the olives and finely chopped fresh parsley.
