  • pork - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • leeks - 3 - 4 bunches
  • tomatoes - 1 cup, from jar
  • peppers - 4 pcs.
  • chili peppers - 1 pc.
  • savory herb - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • thyme - 1 pinch
  • lard - 2 tablespoon
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • for omelettes for 6 people
  • eggs - 12
  • flour - 6 tablespoons
  • water - 12 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - 1 cup

How to make

Stew the chopped pork until soft, you can put some water in. In the same grease, stew the finely chopped onion, tomatoes and peppers. Put the spices in and add the meat.

Stew it over low heat until it remains mostly in grease. For each omelette, you need 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon flour and some salt.

In every omelette, put some of the mix and fold it diagonally. Serve with spicy chili peppers and a garnish depending on the seasoning.
