How to make
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes. Put them in a tray and add the chopped peppers.
Strain the peas from the water and add them as well. Add all the frozen vegetables and the grated tomatoes.
Cover the dish with warm water and add the rice. Season with paprika, salt, parsley, 3 tbsp. of oil and mix.
Bake at 390°F (200°C), until the vegetables are ready.
The oven-baked rice and vegetables is ready.
