How to make
We take a pot and put the cleaned and washed duck legs in water to boil.
We cut the finished duck legs into small pieces, leaving the skin on, but we do not use the water in which they were boiled.
In a frying pan we fry the onion, carrot and pepper with a little fat, after they are ready we pour them into the glass dish and start frying the washed rice in the same pan with a little fat. We also pour it into the baking pan and make the broth.
In a deep bowl we put three cups of warm water, inside we crush a chicken broth, add salt, black pepper and savory herb, mix everything well and pour the broth over rice with vegetables.
Arrange pieces of meat on top and close the lid of the baking dish.
Bake at 370°F (190°C) for about 45 minutes. Serve the oven-baked rice with parsley.
