How to make
Wash and rub the oranges with light pressure onto the kitchen counter. This way they will release their juices and peel more easily. Cut them in half and peel them.
Divide the orange pieces into four bowls. Add a teaspoon of the ground walnuts to each one.
Clean and finely chop the fennel heads using a V-grater or vegetable peeler.
Transfer them into a bowl and sprinkle with salt, dried rosemary and as much black pepper as you like.
Drizzle with a dressing made from the pressed garlic cloves, honey, lemon juice and olive oil.
Mix the vegetable salad well and distribute it in the bowls with the oranges.
The fennel salad with oranges and honey is ready.
