How to make
Wash and peel the top of the fennel. Cut it into crescents. Peel the onion and also cut it into crescents.
Wash the orange and dry it. Peel it and using a knife remove as much of the white pith as possible. Cut it into thin slices. Arrange them on top of the fennel.
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and a little olive oil. Garnish the salad with small sprigs of fresh dill.
