How to make
Grease a 10″ (25 cm) in diameter cake form with removable sides and heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Beat the eggs and sugar to a fluffy and smooth cream, then add the flour and cocoa, while stirring well.
Add the cooled butter and stir well one last time. Pour the mixture for the layer into the cake form and put it to bake for 30 min. Next, once cooled, cut the layer into 3 separate ones.
For the cream mixture, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until homogeneous.
In a suitable platter, stick the layers together with the cream, while arranging thin and cleaned slices of oranges in the middle. Make a decoration of candied orange slices and leave it in the fridge for 4 hours.
