How to make
In a dish on the stove, heat the butter, walnuts, dried fruits, orange juice and grated rind together. Once they come to a boil and the butter melts, remove it from the heat and let it to cool.
Separately, beat the flour with the yeast, sugar and eggs and while continuously beating pour in the mixture of butter and orange juice. Pour it into a cake form or tray, arrange slices of orange, cleaned from the rind and rolled in breadcrumbs.
Put it to bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven. Brush the finished cake with the slightly melted honey with 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Serve the cake cooled.
