How to make
Pound the schnitzels thinly and sprinkle them with black pepper on all sides.
Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Roll the schnitzels nicely in this mixture.
Beat the eggs and yolk in a bowl.
Place a piece of baking paper in a wide pan and spread it with half of the oil.
Dip the schnitzels in the beaten egg mixture and arrange them in the baking tray.
Drizzle them evenly with the remaining oil on top.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil.
Bake in an oven heated to 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
Then remove the aluminum foil, carefully turn the pork schnitzels over and put them back in the oven.
Bake them for another 10-12 minutes.
Season the baked pork schnitzels with salt and serve them warm with your favorite garnish for schnitzels.
