How to make
The chicken breasts are cut into thin pieces, grinded and placed in a bowl.
The crumbs of bread, cumin, black pepper and olive oil are added to them. Mix everything.
Leave them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set. They are then formed into schnitzels.
First they are rolled in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs. Salt is added to the breadcrumbs.
Fry them in heated oil over medium heat on both sides.
