How to make
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, salt and some sugar. Stir, add the yeast dissolved in a little milk and the remaining sugar.
Also add the remaining milk and melted butter with the two beaten eggs, knead a soft dough and form it into balls of 7 oz (200 g).
Leave them to rise, until their volume doubles.
Bake the burger buns at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes. Before putting them in the oven, spread them with the yolk with the added oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Roll the fillet in a mixture of corn flour, breadcrumbs, starch and white flour.
Fry the burgers in very hot fat, until they aquire a golden brown color.
Assemble the homemade chicken burger, add french fries and whatever else you want.
