How to make
Put the yeast with the sugar in a bowl. Add warm milk and 1 tbsp flour. Stir and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Sift the flour with the salt. Make a small pit in the flour and pour the yeast, oil and lightly beaten eggs. Knead a soft and elastic dough. Allow to relax slightly and divide it into 20 pieces.
Form them into small balls and arrange them on a greased baking tray at a distance from each other. Leave them to rise for 15-20 minutes and spread a mixture of an egg beaten with milk over them.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 20 minutes (check not to overcook). Remove and allow to cool slightly.
Cut in half and garnish with pieces of smoked salami, cherry tomatoes, a piece of cheese and a sprig of parsley. Serve with mayonnaise, ketchup or another sauce of your choice.
The mini burgers are suitable for children's party, birthday, etc.
