How to make
Wash chicken breasts and cut them into chicken steaks.
Pound them lightly with a wooden hammer.
Sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and curry powder. Leave them for half an hour.
Roll each one in flour, then in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange the delicious schnitzels in a baking pan, which is lined with baking paper.
Drizzle them with a little olive oil and bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C), until they're done.
Take out the breaded chicken schnitzels and serve them immediately.
