  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • wheat semolina - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

Make dough from eggs, flour and semolina. Wrap in cling film and leave it for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Divide the finished dough into small balls - as big as a walnut. Set the machine to the highest level and pass the dough through it.

Sprinkle the finished crust with flour on both sides and fold it in three.

Pass it through the machine again, sprinkle it with flour again and do the same 4-5 times at this stage, then reduce the stages one by one, until the fettuccine aquires the desired thickness.

Spread out the finished pasta and let it dry.

The Homemade Fettuccine is ready.
