"We invite you to a healthy lunch with the special participation of His Majesty - Greek-Style Grilled Sea Bass"

Ingredients

  • sea bass - 2 pcs. (cleaned from the entrails, scales / whole fish)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • for the lemon dressing
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp (50 ml)
  • lemon - 1 pc. big
  • oregano - a pinch of dry, but it's best to use fresh
  • fresh parsley (optional)
  • arugula (optional)
measures

How to make

The sea bass are washed and dried. Marinate them with salt, black pepper and olive oil inside and out and leave them for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the grill.

Grill the sea bass on both sides for 8-10 minutes. If the fish is over 400 g, each, when grilling, wrap themwith aluminum foil, so that they do not remain raw.

In a bowl, place the freshly squeezed lemon, olive oil and oregano. Stir with a wire whisk or use a liquidizer.

Serve the Greek-Style Grilled Sea Bass drizzled with the lemon dressing and fresh chopped parsley or arugula leaves - whatever you like.

Garnish is optional, but I chose to garnish the grilled fish with some sauteed fresh spinach with garlic and cherry tomatoes.

Enjoy your meal!
