How to make
Cut the lamb into slices, roll it in flour and leave it for 4 minutes.
Fry the meat, until it aquires a golden brown color. Leave the fried liver in a pot with a lid, add salt and black pepper.
Heat the same fat and add, if necessary. Chop the onion, add it, but do not leave it too long, so that it doesn't soften.
Pour the wine and season the onions with salt. Remove when it has reduced. Season with parsley and black pepper.
Put the onions on the liver and leave the food for half an hour before trying it.
