How to make
Steam the pumpkin and let it cool completely.
Put the soft butter and sugar in a bowl.
Beat with a mixer, until a white fluffy cream is obtained.
Add the egg and then the pumpkin, which has been mashed with a fork.
Stop the mixer and stir with a wooden spoon.
Transfer the prepared mixture into a piping bag and pipe out the pumpkin biscuits.
Put a few pieces of chocolate drops and bake the soft pumpkin biscuits in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
