How to make
Today we prepare soft apple biscuits together, which are light and perfect sweets for a snack or everyday breakfast. They are perfect for using fresh seasonal apples and making a delicious and truly homemade dessert that will go quick, because one apple biscuit leads to another!
The recipe is quick and easy to make, it only takes 30 minutes to get these biscuits on the table and you don't even need a rolling pin: just use a regular spoon to shape them.
Method of preparation:
Step 1
We start by making the soft apple biscuits. First, crack the eggs into a bowl and start beating with a whisk. Then add the sugar while continuing to beat.
Step 2
Now add the softened butter, stirring continuously with a whisk until it is well mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
We prepare the flour and start adding it little by little, by continuing to mix. We also combine the packet of baking powder for desserts.
Step 4
When the dough becomes thicker, continue to work with a spoon and add the remaining flour until the mixture turns into a sticky dough.
Step 5
Now add the peeled and finely chopped apples to the mixture. Mix well.
Step 6
We take the dough with a spoon and put it directly on a tray lined with baking paper, without worrying about whether it will have the right shape. We continue until we run out of dough for the apple biscuits.
Bake the soft apple biscuits in a static oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes or in a convection oven preheated to 340°F (170°C) for about 20 minutes.
Step 7
After the biscuits are baked, to decorate them, mix the cinnamon powder with the powdered sugar and sprinkle it on the biscuits!
Step 8
And now our delicious soft and aromatic apple biscuits are ready!
Once they are ready, we store our apple biscuits in a tin box or in an airtight container so that they stay soft and good as freshly baked for at least a few days.
Try them and let me know what you think!
