How to make
The butter is cut into cubes and is placed in a bowl along with the powdered sugar. Begin to mash them together.
Once soft, add the yolks and sifted flour and the knead a soft dough.
Cover with foil and leave in the fridge for an hour. Roll out the dough and cut out circle shapes from it. Cut circles in the middle of half of them.
Bake at 360°F (180 degrees) in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Leave the baked circles in the pan to cool completely. Then cover the biscuits without a hole in them in chocolate and place the others on top.
Press them down on one another so the chocolate comes out slightly on the top. This is how we proceed with every biscuit. Finally, sprinkle the biscuits with powdered sugar.
The double chocolate soft biscuits are ready.
