How to make
Soak the rabbit livers and kidneys in cold water. After leaving them for about 15 minutes, strain the water.
Put baking paper in a baking pan or plate and grease it with oil.
Pour the dry breadcrumbs onto kitchen paper or in a plate and roll the livers well.
Arrange them and lightly drizzle them with oil on top.
Bake the beer appetizer at 390°F (200°C) in the oven, until a golden brown color is obtained.
