How to make

Boil the cleaned pork hearts in a pressure cooker, until they're fully cooked. Cut the boiled hearts into slices.

Peel the onions and carrots. Cut them into suitable pieces and stew them in butter, until they soften. Add the cleaned and sliced ​​mushrooms.

Stir and add the hearts. Season with salt, universal spice and black pepper.

Add the soy sauce, cover the pan with a lid and leave them to simmer over low heat.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, stir and add the tomato paste. Stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
