"Heres how to cook a wine kebab in a multicooker"

Ingredients

  • pork - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • onion - 1 medium - sized onion
  • wine - 1 cup (200 ml) white or red
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • bay leaf - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 1/4 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper - by taste
  • paprika - by taste

How to make

The appliance is set to the frying program at 140 g for 10 minutes and it is switched on. Finely chop the onion and fry it first with about 4-5 tbsp. of oil.

Stir several times and after 3-4 minutes add the meat, also cut into small cubes.

Add as much salt and black pepper as you like and stir periodically, until the program is over.

When this happens, add the wine, bay leaves, tomato puree, as much salt as you like, sugar and paprika.

Mix everything well and close the appliance. It is set to 40 minutes on the rice program.
