Wash the chicken, dry it cut it into pieces. Braise it in a deep pan or pot and transfer to another container for a bit.
In the same oil, saute the finely chopped vegetables and then add the wine to them. Put the chicken pieces back in and season with the spices.
Let the dish simmer another 10 min. on the stove, then remove. You can serve it with rice or mashed potatoes.
