  • black pepper

  • wine - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • polenta - 10 oz (300 g) kachamak
  • white cheese

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces. Stew it in the oil for a few minutes.

Add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Stir until the onions become translucent. Add the flour, paprika and spices.
