How to make
Cut the meat into pieces. Stew it in the oil for a few minutes.
Add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Stir until the onions become translucent. Add the flour, paprika and spices.
Pour the wine and enough hot water to cover the products (if you like more sauce, add more).
Cook until the products are soft. During this time, prepare the polenta (follow the instructions).
Add some butter and white cheese to it. Mix well and distribute it into muffin tins.
Let them cool and serve it with the kebab.
The wine kebab with polenta is ready.
