How to make
Chop the onions finely, the meat into cubes. Braise the onions with the meat in heated oil until reddened.
Then pour in 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) water, add the spices and leave it to boil under a lid on low heat.
Once everything is ready, add the wine and leave it to boil for just a bit longer. In a separate pot, put the rice and boil it. Finally, season everything with salt and pepper and serve the pork with a side of rice.
