  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g) canned

measures

How to make

Wash the meat well and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle it with as much salt and black pepper as you like.

Also chop the onions and carrots.

Switch on the brown program and pour the oil. You can cook on this program with the lid open.

As soon as it heats up, add the meat and fry it for a few minutes.

Then add the chopped onions and carrots. Stew them as well, until the onions soften.

Add the tomatoes and paprika. I used canned, peeled and chopped tomatoes.

Once the liquid from the tomatoes has evaporated, add the red wine and simmer for a few more minutes.

Then add about 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) of hot water and a few bay leaves.

Turn off the brown program, close the lid of the appliance and lock it.

Select a pressure cooking program and set the timer to 25 minutes.

Once these minutes are up, release the pressure and open the appliance.

Mix the flour in a small amount of water and add it to the kebab.

Turn the appliance back on to the brown program and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the rice side dish.

I used mixed rice and quinoa, which are cooked in a bag.

I boiled them according to the instructions on the package for 18 minutes in boiling salted water.

Serve this delicious wine kebab in a multicooker with a ball of rice sprinkled with fresh parsley.

Enjoy your meal!
