How to make
Sift the flour into a large bowl and incorporate the butter with your fingers.
Add the baking soda, ginger powder, cinnamon and sugar and stir well.
Make a well out of the dry ingredients and add the honey and eggs in the middle. Knead to a medium soft dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into cookie shapes of your preference. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet, cover with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake until the cookies turn beige .
