Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • fresh orange juice - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • grated orange peel
  • orange jam

How to make

Beat the eggs and sugar into a fluffy egg cream and add the remaining products one after the other, by stirring gently with a pastry spatula.

Bake the orange sponge cake at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven, until it's ready.

Spread the baked sponge cake with orange jam on top.
